I heard back from the company that is scanning our former Genealogist’s collected papers and they are done scanning the first 15 of the 34 total boxes. They are preparing the searchable PDFs of the scanned images and assembling them into groups that mirror the individual folders Jean kept.

So far, they have scanned 9751 pages!

The whole project should be completed in the next month or so and looks to be coming in well under the previous estimate. So, it looks like all systems are go! I can’t wait! Stay tuned!
