This book, compiled by Mrs. Robert D. Tice & Miss Jessie Taylor Webb in 1986 provides a window into the life & times of one of the earliest Babbs of Eastern Virginia & North Carolina, which we commonly refer to as The White Stags, to recognize their English heritage.
