I visited Washington, DC recently and while I was there visited the Vietnam Memorial. I realized that with all the names, there might be a Babb somewhere on the wall and quickly found a website that lists every name. In a flash I found two Babbs Richard C. Babb & Kenneth A. Babb. Looking back through the history of this blog I found that one of our members had previous discovered one of these locations. Thanks Carl!
